Error - 'Transaction is locked' when viewing a transaction

This error generally indicates that another user is editing the transaction you are also trying to open and view. Usually, the other user will have the transaction open in Access Dimensions, but it can also be another user in FocalPoint too.

Please check with your colleagues to verify whether or not another user has the transaction open. If they do, you must wait for them to close the transaction, before you are able to open it within FocalPoint.
