Checking how many users you are licenced for and how many you currently use

To access information about licences:

  1. Log into FocalPoint Administrator.

  2. Click Info, About FocalPoint Administrator.

  3. This window shows the following information:

    • Users: This is the total amount of users on your licence.

    • Enabled Users: This is the amount of users that you currently have set up and therefore how many on the licence, you are using up.
