This is due to the user not having permission to use this booking type.

To resolve this issue:
Log into FocalPoint Administrator.
Click Records, Booking Types.
Select the booking type the user needs access to.
Click Usage.
Find the user in the list and in the Active column, select the check box.
Click OK to save.
Repeat from step 3 for other booking types as required.
Once the user has usage to the Booking Types required, they will need to log out and back into the FocalPoint website to pick up the changes
Once they are back viewing the Scheduler, they will also need to click on Selection and ensure the booking types are selected, before they will appear in the Scheduler itself
