Error - '...Input string was not in a correct format' when deleting a purchase request

This can be due to the view being grouped in the users preferences in FocalPoint, which is why is occurs for only some users even if they are on the same security profile.

To overcome this error:

Log into FocalPoint web.

Click Preferences

Scroll down to the Purchase Requests section

Clear the Group Menu Items view checkbox.

Save your preferences.
