This is caused by too many items in the Temporary folder on the web server that runs FocalPoint. The folder is at C:\Windows\Temp. If there are more than 65,535 files in this folder, the system will throw this error and Crystal reports or templates will not run. Delete files from all web servers to resolve this. This will need to be done by support if you are hosted.
