This issue can be due to multiple users having the wrong email address assigned to them within FocalPoint Administrator.

To check this, please do the following:
Log in to FocalPoint Administrator
Go to System Control, select the Security Profile the user is in and click Members
Highlight the user in the list on the left and then click onto the Contact tab
Check the email address is correct and matches the user's email address in Workspace
If the email address is not the problem, please ensure that the Resource Code assigned to the user in FocalPoint Administrator is valid:
Log into FocalPoint Administrator
Browse to System Control, Users
Locate the relevant user in the list and make a note of the profile they are in
Now browse to System Control, Security Profiles
Select the affected users profile and click Members
Select the user in the list on the left hand side
In the fields below, there is a field called "Resource Code", ensure this is set to the correct user - click on the "..." button to see a more comprehensive list of available Resources and ensure one of these is selected
Click OK to save all changes
