Hosted Users do not have permission to create new users (Access Hosted Clients)

The default settings for all Access Hosted Environments is that only the top level Hosting.Admin account has permissions to create new user accounts as part of our security processes for hosted environments.

Should you require additional users to be able to do this, you will need to request that the user accounts in question receive elevated permissions.

You can request this by raising a case on the support portal referencing this article, and requesting a copy of the elevated permissions form. Once you have completed the form and returned it to your support analyst they will then request that our hosting department provide the elevated permissions for the relevant users.
