New user password was not saved at time of creation and they cannot log in (Access Hosted Clients but not Dimensions v3)

Note: The following only applies to customers in Hosting but not on Dimensions v3 as Dimensions v3 can request a password reset through Access Evo.

When a new user is created in the Access hosted environments, the final stage of the creation will be to present a screen with the password that has been created for the user so that this can be copied and passed to the relevant user in order for them to log in.

If the password was not copied at the time of creation, then the user will be unable to log in and unable to reset their password as its unlikely their email address has yet been enrolled.

If this is the case, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article - please ensure you include the new users full logon name and their email address. We will then enrol the user for you so that they can then use the "Reset Password" function on www.changemypassword.accessacloud.com.
