Merged Expense lines (FocalPoint open in two browser windows at once)

A user was logged into FocalPoint in two browsers at the same time, and as a result two Expense claims have merged into one.
Lines from one Expense have moved to another.
A user was logged into FocalPoint in two browsers at the same time, and as a result two Credit Card Claims have merged into one.
Lines from one Credit Card Claim have moved to another.

Please note that this issue is caused by a user having two windows open at once. Resolving these can be complex and can result in charges being applied, due to it being a user error.
