Merged Purchase Request lines (FocalPoint open in two browser windows at once)

A user was logged into FocalPoint in two browsers at the same time, and as a result two Purchase Requests have merged into one.


Extra lines are appearing on a Purchase Request.


Lines have disappeared from a Purchase Request.

Please note that this issue is caused by a user having two windows open at once. Resolving these can be complex and can result in charges being applied, due to it being a user error.
