Transactions merging together is a direct result of a user having two FocalPoint windows open at once. You must advise your users that they cannot have multiple FocalPoint windows open at once as it causes this issue.

Please note that this issue is caused by a user having two windows open at once. Resolving these can be complex and can result in charges being applied, due to it being a user error.
