The Costing Module is vital if using FocalPoint and so this will need to be added to Dimensions to prevent this from happening in future. If the Costing Module is not in Dimensions, then no Resource Codes will be created off of the back of the User Creation Wizard in FocalPoint as no one has permissions.
The issue of the missing module will need to be raised with your account manager.
