To overcome this error message:
Login to FocalPoint admin
Click System options
Click Time Recording
Click Resource Allocation
Find and select the relevant user. There will be a duplicate project
Click the Trash Can icon next to one of the duplicate projects
If this doesn't resolve the issue, it is possible that two users have the same resource code. To help identify where users have the same resource codes Support will need to run some scripts on the database. Therefore please raise a new case and reference the title of this article.
