Unable to receive goods due to error 'you may not receive this order'

This message will be displayed when trying to receive stock on an order that has a status of "On Hold" in Dimensions as you are rightly not allowed to receive an order if it has been placed on hold.

To resolve this, you will need to change the status of the order in Dimensions to take it off hold.
