Remove a rejected timesheet from the system

It is possible to delete rejected timesheets, if you have the option enabled.

To enable the option:

  1. Log into FocalPoint Administrator

  2. Click System Control, Security Profiles

  3. Select the profile you want to give the permission to.

  4. Click Edit

  5. On the Security tab, double-click Forms to expand it

  6. Click Timesheet Options

  7. On the right, double-click the option Allow Deletion of Rejected Timesheet Record to enable it.

  8. Click OK to save.

  9. Log out and then back into the FocalPoint website for this setting to take effect.

  10. Select the required Timesheet.

  11. At the top, click Delete.
