Only Purchase Order lines which have not been fully invoiced and fully delivered will appear in the "Complete Orders" screen. Please ensure that there is at least one line that has not been fully invoiced and delivered, as otherwise the order is correct to not appear.

If there is one or more order lines which are not fully invoiced and fully delivered, Support will need to have a look at the data to identify why, so please log a new case online and reference the title of this article and include the Purchase Order number.
PO is not complete but the line is not showing on the Complete Orders Page
