Getting login screen for ADM when trying to view Invoices

Note: If you use Multi Factor Authenication then FocalPoint version 5.3 SP 37 or later is required. Please speak to your Account Manager if you wish to upgrade.

Otherwise to resolve this you will need to enter your ADM/Access Document Credentials and Save

If you do not know your Credentials then Speak with Organisation administrator to get set up in ADM/Access Document.

For ADM get your Organisation Administrator to

  • Log in to ADM Client

  • Go to System Control, User Settings, Manage Users

  • Click Create User

  • Enter required details (you can leave Email address blank)

  • Make sure that User Account Enabled is Ticked

  • Save

If you are a Access Document user you will have to do the following steps

  • Create an Access Evo user.

  • Give the new use privileges to Access aCloud Document.

  • Link the Dimensions user to the Evo user.

The search for articles on adding Access Evo members as this shows how to create a new Evo user.

Once the user has been invited to Evo you will need to give the Access Evo user privileges to Access aCloud Document. User can do this by following the steps below:

  1. Log into Access Evo.

  2. In the top right corner, click the Members icon.

  3. Enter user email address in the search bar.

  4. In list below search bar click on the 3 vertical squares right of the users name.

  5. Click on Manage Role.

  6. Set Document Drop Down to User with client access.

  7. Click on Save Changes.

Once this has been done you should then be able to enter the credentials for your Evo account in to the prompt and view the invoices.
