This issue happens when the user is using version 3.10.07 of the ADM Launcher with Dimensions Accounts, while also using FocalPoint. To resolve this issue, please raise a new case and reference the title of this article so we can investigate further. It may require downgrading ADM Launcher to version 3.10.05.

If you know what the ADM credentials are, please enter them into the login box that appears and click OK. If they are correct the window should no longer appear.

It may also be necessary to ensure that the user has a Workspace account that matches the ADM user details set up in Dimensions. If they do, then ensure that they have access to the Document app in workspace - further information on granting a user access to apps in workspace can be found in the article Access Workspace: Manage Member Roles.

You can set up the ADM details in Dimensions by following this article:
Go to the System tab and press the User Records button
Select the user that you need to enter the credentials against and press the Options button
Press the Set ADM User button, enter the ADM log in details and press the OK button.
