If using on-premise ADM for document storage, then if you know what the ADM credentials are, please enter them into the login box that appears and click OK. If they are correct the window should no longer appear.
If using Access Evo Access Document, then enter the user's Access Evo id and password. It may also be necessary to ensure that the user has a Access Evo account that matches the ADM user details set up in Dimensions. If they do, then ensure that they have access to the Document app in Access Evo.
You can also set up the ADM details in Dimensions as follows:
Go to the System tab and press the User Records button
Select the user that you need to enter the credentials against and press the Options button
Press the Set ADM User button, enter the ADM log in details and press the OK button.
