The ADM Login details are incorrect

Please ensure that you are using the correct type of credentials for the type of document management you are using. If you are using ADM, please ensure that you are using a username and password for credentials. If you are using Access Document, please ensure that you are using an email address and password as your credentials.

If you are still being prompted for credentials, then please try removing the user's permissions from Access Document and re-add them
