We have given a Access Evo user the FocalPoint SaaS role but they are not appearing as user in FocalPoint Administrator

This can be caused by there being a user in the system with the same initials as the user you are creating, followed by the number 99. As this is the maximum number a User ID can have, it will prevent any more from being creates with those initials.
