Can I change the email address associated with password reset notifications (Access Hosted Clients)

A user can change the email address that our hosted environment uses to send out password reset notifications by completing the following process:

  1. Log into the self-service portal for hosted clients using your CLOUD login information.

  2. On the My Info tab, click on Edit.

  3. Then update the E-mail address to your new address.

  4. Click Update.

This will change the email address used when our hosting environment sends you password reset notifications.
