Error - 'You are required to subscribe for Verification Code. Please login and subscribe...' when trying to reset your password (Access Hosted Clients)

This error message means that the user has not been enrolled onto the hosted platform with a valid email address. This in turn means that they will not be able to self serve and reset their password.

**Please note that the Hosted Platform user accounts (on the CLOUD\ domain) are separate to any Workspace accounts the user(s) may have**

If the user still knows their current password, they can log in on the Self Service page and enrol themselves - once this has been completed they will be able to reset their password.

We strongly advise that all users are enrolled as soon as possible after they are created. This will avoid them being unable to self server later on.

If the users password has already expired or they have forgotten it, then they will not be able to log in and enrol themselves. Therefore Support will need to do this for you.
