Error - '500 Internal Server' shown when trying to Access FocalPoint (Access Hosted Clients)

If you see this error when trying to log into your hosted FocalPoint site, this effectively means that there has been a problem contacting the website. This can happen for a number of reasons, including issues between your system and the hosted servers running FocalPoint for you.

First, please wait a couple of minutes and then try to access the site again.
