To stop inactive suppliers from showing in FocalPoint, open FocalPoint Administrator or ask someone with permission to this application to follow the below steps:

Click System Options, Global Options, General Options.

On the Settings tab, select the Do Not Show Inactive Dimensions Records check box.

1. Click System Options, Global Options, General Options.
2. On the Settings tab, select the Do Not Show Inactive Dimensions Records check box.
3. Click Save.
