Service Unavailable error when accessing Self Service portal or FocalPoint website (Access Hosted Clients)

We are aware that there is currently an intermittent connection issue when trying to access hosted FocalPoint or the Self Service Portal to reset passwords.


Our internal hosting team are working towards a solution and we are advising customers to keep retrying throughout the day as the connectivity issues are intermittent.
