Log into FocalPoint Administrator as a different user to the one stuck in the system
Click on System Control
Click Users
Click on the "Show Active Users" button in the top left corner of the window (the icon showing 3 people)
Find and highlight the user stuck in the system
Click the "Inactive" button (sleeping person icon)
Click the green tick to save
The user should now be able to log back in as normal
