Error 'The requested service, {service URL} could not be activated' when logging into the FocalPoint website

Usually this issue signifies a problem with the web server which runs FocalPoint.

In the first instance we ask that you speak to your IT team and ask them to restart the web server as this will likely fix the problem.

In the event that a server restart does not resolve the problem, please log a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include the error message with the service URL causing the issue.
